Refund policy

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued in full via credit or in original payment form. 

Instances which may warrant a refund:

Significant damage upon receipt

All shipments will include insurance to cover any potential damage that may happen during shipping.

Talent cancels appearance 

Unable to obtain the autograph due to unforeseen circumstances 

Talent lines being capped

 

Instances which do not warrant a refund:

Customer fails to ship item in a timely fashion to meet order cut-off date

Minor damage upon receipt 

Small tears or creases

Order Number

Description of refund request

Include full photos of item and shipping box (if requesting due to damage)
