Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued in full via credit or in original payment form. 

Instances which may warrant a refund:

• Significant damage upon receipt
  • All shipments will include insurance to cover any potential damage that may happen during shipping.
• Talent cancels appearance 
• Unable to obtain the autograph due to unforeseen circumstances 
  • Talent lines being capped
    

Instances which do not warrant a refund:

• Customer fails to ship item in a timely fashion to meet order cut-off date
  
• Minor damage upon receipt 
  • Small tears or creases

To obtain a refund customers should e-mail savagesignatures@hotmail.com with the following:

1. Order Number
2. Description of refund request
3. Include full photos of item and shipping box (if requesting due to damage)
